  13. re-organization.

  15. Alembic is now completing the details of a new relationship with
  16. Globatronics, Inc., a Colorado corporation founded by a group of
  17. Australian business persons. Alembic will continue to be the
  18. pre-eminent source of NeXT capable hardware and the world's foremost
  19. clearing house and supplier of NeXT software.

  21. Rumors concerning the health of Alembic appear to be related
  22. to the recent departure of a few employees and the discovery
  23. of past mishandling of company funds.  Upon discovery of
  24. these issues Alembic took immediate steps to remove and
  25. resolve all problems.
